Alison Lee
Board Member
Alison is Managing Director of Biscoes. She started with the firm in 1992 and has been a partner/director of the firm since 1998, taking up the role of Managing Director in 2015. She acts as the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and complaints director. Alison is also a director at Shaping Portsmouth, Chair of trustees of the Portsmouth charity ‘Pompey in the Community’ and a Trustee of the Portsmouth Guildhall.
Being a firm believer in ‘constant learning’, Alison studied for an MBA 2019-2021 in ‘strategic leadership’ at Portsmouth University, regularly attends leadership training courses and reads widely around leadership and strategy. She hopes that she brings that learning to the LawNet board.
