As Chief Executive of LawNet, Helen leads the strategic direction of the network, working closely with the team to ensure member firms gain lasting value from their membership. With over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, an MBA from Aston Business School and as a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, she brings a deep understanding of the strategic and business challenges facing SME law firms. A creative and forward-thinking leader, Helen has been responsible for many of LawNet’s key developments, including the award-winning Excellence Mark programme and the evolution of the highly regarded Annual Conference. She is passionate about helping independent law firms thrive and regularly writes on leadership, management and client experience across the legal profession.
