Chris Marston

A career banker, Chris was previously head of professional practices at Lloyds Banking Group, leading a team of sector-specialist bankers. He is a member of the advisory committee of the Law Society's Leadership & Management Section, he writes and speaks regularly on law firm management, finance and leadership issues. This extends internationally in his role as Chair of the Leadership Group of Eurojuris International, a network of more than 6,000 lawyers in Europe and beyond.

Outside of work, Chris is a season ticket holder at Portsmouth FC, which has taught him patience and techniques for managing disappointment.
