This year’s LawNet Conference, Potential to Impact: Empowering Performance at Every Level, brings together three thought-provoking speakers to explore how law firm leaders can activate, elevate, and sustain performance across their organisations.

Greg Orme will open the day with a compelling session on human-centred leadership revealing how to cultivate resilient, high-performing teams that thrive through change. He will share the mindset shift needed to lead with clarity and courage, helping firms become magnets for talent, innovation, and energy.

Next, behavioural scientist Dr. Grace Lordan will challenge us to move beyond the culture of “busyness” and into purposeful, high-impact work. With practical tools drawn from behavioural science, she will show how bold, intentional cultures and everyday habits can drive sustained performance and flow.

To close, James Kerr, author of the best selling book, Legacy, will explore what sets exceptional teams apart, examining how shared purpose, personal accountability and humility can drive high performance. Drawing on insights from elite organisations across sport, business and the military, James will show how the right culture creates lasting impact and builds legacy beyond individual success.
